Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Utilize lead generation tools to identify and connect with healthcare providers and pharmacy accounts that would benefit from our solutions.
  • Territory Expansion: Drive outreach through high-impact calls and emails to share our product value and convert potential interest into active partnerships.
  • Customer Onboarding: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Needs-Based Selling: Actively listen to customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring they have the full support of our product portfolio.
  • Relationship Advocacy: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term satisfaction and service retention.

Sales Operations & System Collaboration

  • Process Excellence (Acumatica): Manage the end-to-end order entry process within our Acumatica ERP; collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Data Integrity (Zoho): Maintain an organized and transparent sales pipeline within Zoho CRM, ensuring all interactions are documented to support team-wide visibility.
  • Collaborative Liaison: Act as a bridge between our customers and internal operations to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to delivery.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Partnership Velocity: Successfully move new accounts through the onboarding cycle within a 30-day window.
  • Engaged Outreach: Consistent achievement of daily and weekly communication goals to maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline.
  • System Accuracy: Maintain a high standard of data integrity (98%+) across our CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Revenue Impact: Contribute to the team’s quarterly growth goals through consistent account acquisition and product adoption.

  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate challenges, address concerns with empathy, and negotiate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and working within digital platforms like ERP (Acumatica) and CRM (Zoho).

  • Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or high-volume outreach environments.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve shared revenue and service goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer-facing roles, or high-volume outreach environments.
  • Systems: Prior experience with CRM (Zoho) or ERP (Acumatica) is a significant plus.
  • Industry: While No Pharma experience is required, a demonstrated ability to learn complex regulated industries is essential.
