Description
You will have the opportunity to assist customers who walk into the store. Your responsibilities include sharing product information, giving advice on project needs, producing estimates for packages/projects, processing transactions, following up on online customer quotes, cold calling to qualify new leads, supporting the Outside Sales Reps, and assisting in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and resolving overages/shortages.
Requirements
- Experience working in sales or customer service
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with building materials is helpful, but not required
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to meet sales and profit goals
