Responsibilities

• Maintain, identify and grow customer base
• Provide consistent and superior customer service
• Increase sales and margin
• Follow up on all accounts
• Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations
• Provide accurate project management of project orders
• Serve multiple customer types including contractor, government, commercial and industrial
• Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers
• Enter orders for different jobs for different customers
• Setup certain customers on blankets
• Follow up on product deliveries
• Assist counter with sales
• Demonstrate courtesy and politeness toward customers
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• High School or GED
• 1–2 years counter experience in the electrical distribution industry preferred
• Solid customer service background
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Eclipse knowledge preferred
• Strong mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic

Pay

$18 – $24 / hour with commission potential
