Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Bath Concepts is seeking high-energy, money-driven individuals to join our team. Our phone sales reps earn uncapped commissions, fast payouts, and enjoy on-site perks like a fitness center and game room.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our automated dialer
• Take inbound calls from interested homeowners
• Schedule free in-home consultations
• Represent Bath Concepts with energy and professionalism
• Earn unlimited commissions based strictly on results

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (call center experience is a plus!)
• Fast-paced, high-energy team player
• People-oriented and motivated to succeed

Qualifications

• Competitive, outgoing, and confident personality
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Strong organizational skills

Pay

$90,000+ with uncapped commissions

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Mandatory Saturdays (with +$6/hr on base pay)
Saturday shift options: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
