We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info; remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have Salary Range: $114,100.00 - $190,300.00. So we can have a Pay section with that range. Also benefits: "USA Benefits include: Flex work hours, 20 days PTO rising to 25 with service, three paid volunteering days, primary and secondary parental leave, well-being support, medical, dental, vision, and 401K." Also mention hybrid working schedule: "Hybrid working We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection. Some positions are fully office-based depending on the nature of the work, and certain roles that support specific customers or markets may be remote. The working arrangement for this position will be confirmed during the hiring process." That's schedule info. We also have "Inside Sales Representative" description: responsibilities, required skills, preferred experience, etc. We need sections: About the role (maybe a prose summary), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe required skills & experience), Qualifications (maybe not separate), Skills (maybe required skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with placeholder/filler. Ensure we only include sections where we have content. We need to preserve all substantive info: The posting includes: Salary range, description of role, responsibilities (list), required skills & experience, preferred experience, commercial team description, benefits, hybrid working, hiring process (but we should remove application instructions? The instruction says: remove application instructions. So we should drop the "Interested? Great! Get started by submitting your cover letter and CV through our application portal." Also remove EEO, drug screening, background check, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Find out more:" links? Those are boilerplate? Might be considered navigation/legal? Probably remove them. Also remove "About AVEVA" maybe? It's substantive about company but could be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About AVEVA" is not necessarily boilerplate; it's company overview. Might be okay to keep? But we need to preserve all substantive information. The company overview is substantive. However, we might not need a separate section for it; could be part of About the role? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could have an About the role section that includes role description and maybe company overview. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's extract substantive content: - Salary Range: $114,100.00 - $190,300.00 (Pay) - Benefits: Flex work hours, 20 days PTO rising to 25 with service, three paid volunteering days, primary and secondary parental leave, well-being support, medical, dental, vision, and 401K. (Benefits) - Hybrid working: expectation on-site 50% etc. (Schedule) - Role description: Inside Sales Representative responsibilities list. - Required Skills & Experience: list. - Preferred Experience: list. - Commercial team description: maybe not needed but could be part of About the role? Could be omitted as it's more about company but still substantive. However, we might keep it under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the team". But only allowed headings are those listed; we could put it under About the role. We must not include application instructions, EEO, drug screening, background check, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    About the role

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into well-qualified sales opportunities through effective discovery, qualification, and customer engagement. Working closely with Regional Sales, Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams, the ISR will articulate the value of AVEVA’s solutions and drive high-quality pipeline growth across new business and expansion opportunities. This role requires strong commercial acumen, disciplined qualification skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven SaaS environment.

Maybe also include commercial team description? Could add a paragraph about Commercial team. But we might keep it concise.

    Responsibilities

    • Qualify leads and based on account segmentation, deal size and customer need, determine the appropriate route to market, including progression to Regional Sales or direct ownership where applicable.
    • Own smaller, defined sales opportunities from qualification through to close, in line with agreed deal size and segmentation guidelines.
    • Engage prospective customers via phone, email, social selling, and virtual meetings to establish fit, need, urgency, authority, and next steps.
    • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business challenges, objectives and technology requirements.
    • Sales Execution: Follow up on LDR generated leads, nurture prospects through the buying journey, and convert qualified interest into accepted opportunities or directly closed business where appropriate.
    • Manage a portfolio of prospects, qualified opportunities, and eligible accounts through the appropriate sales motion, from initial qualification to handover or close.
    • Deliver product overviews and value-based conversations that help confirm customer fit and advance qualified opportunities.
    • Using appropriate acquisition tools, develop and maintain a healthy, accurately qualified sales pipeline within CRM, with clear next steps, ownership status, handover notes, and Close Plans following the MEDDPICC methodology where applicable.
    • Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers to validate need, buying intent, and route to purchase.
    • Understand customer business priorities and align AVEVA solutions accordingly during qualification and early-stage opportunity development.
    • Maintain regular communication with prospects to progress qualification, secure next steps, and drive conversion to accepted opportunities or closed deals.
    • Collaboration: Partner with the LDR Inbound and LDR Outbound Marketing teams to receive, assess and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities for progression or closure.
    • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure qualified opportunities are routed, handed over, and followed up effectively, with clear context, customer needs, and recommended next actions.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to qualify potential expansion opportunities and determine whether these should be passed to account owners or progressed directly by the ISR.
    • Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights with internal stakeholders.
    • Forecasting & Reporting: Qualified pipeline generated, accepted, and progressed to Regional Sales.
    • Closed Won business for eligible ISR-owned opportunities where direct closure is appropriate.
    • Forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene, qualification quality, and handover completeness.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
    • Experience in a SaaS, software, technology, or subscription-based business.
    • Proven ability to qualify leads effectively and achieve or exceed pipeline generation, conversion, and sales targets.
    • Strong discovery, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
    • Ability to apply qualification criteria consistently and document clear handover notes, next steps, and ownership recommendations.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience selling enterprise software solutions.
    • Familiarity with structured sales and qualification methodologies.
    • Experience working with virtual and global teams.
    • Knowledge of industrial software, engineering software, data platforms, AI, or digital transformation solutions.

    Benefits

    • Flex work hours
    • 20 days PTO rising to 25 with service
    • Three paid volunteering days
    • Primary and secondary parental leave
    • Well-being support
    • Medical, dental, vision
    • 401K

    Pay

    $114,100.00 - $190,300.00

    Schedule

Hybrid working: expectation of being on-site 50% of working hours; some roles may be fully office-based or remote depending on work nature; arrangement confirmed during hiring process.

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Find out more:" links, EEO, drug screening, etc. We removed those. Check for duplicated lines: none. Check for placeholder text: we have no "commensurate with experience" etc. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading: we didn't. Check that we didn't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings: none. Check that we included all substantive info: Salary range, benefits, hybrid schedule, responsibilities, required skills, preferred experience, role description. We omitted commercial team description and "About AVEVA" company overview. Is that substantive? It's about the company; but maybe it's considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company overview is not explicitly listed as boilerplate, but could be considered navigation? It's not navigation. It's substantive about the company. However, the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a company overview might be a thin section. But we could incorporate it into About the role paragraph. Let's add a sentence about AVEVA being a global leader in industrial software with over 6,500 employees in over 40 countries, etc. That is substantive. Let's add to About the role. Update About the role paragraph:
