As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for the sale of the Arrow line card in a defined territory in, interconnect passive electromechanical components generating profitable sales on existing accounts. You will be the daily contact for customers and suppliers. What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationshipsServicing the customerQuotation and closure on businessCustomer strategy and action planningTerritory and account planningSupport value-added and supply chain engagements What We Are Looking For Minimum of 2 years sales experience-industry experience strongly preferredInterconnect passive electromechanical component experienceThe ability to build influential relationshipsStrong communication, negotiating and organization skillsStrong customer service and sales skillsThe ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate resultsMicrosoft Suite (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)College degree, preferredSalesforce experience preferredThis position is a 60/40 split (60% base, 40% commission) Work Arrangement: This position will follow a hybrid work schedule of 3 days per week in our Downers Grove office and 2 days per week remote.
