About the role

Inside Sales: assisting DSM’s / OSM’s with finding new customers through cold calling, networking, and market research. Responsibilities include relationship building with current distributors/OEM’s, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions and support, and collaborating with the sales team to grow market share.

Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell all PTFP technologies
  • Assists in managing customer service requests for quotes and orders
  • Supports management in reporting and building sales reports, dashboards
