Inside Sales Representative

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia has a career opportunity in Austell, GA for an experienced Inside Sales Representative marketing and selling our portfolio of construction-related equipment. This is a full-time, exempt position in a casual office environment.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell cranes and other construction-related equipment.
• Coordinate sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer volume.
• Contact prospects/customers, quote business (vehicles, trucks, trailers, equipment), close sales, and process sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with management by submitting activity and results reports regularly.
• Respond to customer questions via phone and email.
• Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with records, invoices, and other documents.
• Submit recommendations on changes in products, services, and policies based on evaluation of current competitive developments.
• Provide great customer service by investigating customer complaints, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintain records on customer contacts and sales; provide historical reports.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops, reviewing professional and industry-related publications, establishing personal networks, etc.
• Support marketing and sales for outside rental and sales staff related to our services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Strong closing, prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-confidence and motivation.
• Product knowledge and ability to maintain client relationships.
• Tech-savvy; experience with Microsoft Office, Pivotal CRM, and Apple products highly desired.
• Crane, aerial lift, or construction equipment sales experience is a plus.
