Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Generate quotations in support of the outside sales team.
• Generate software renewal quotations and communicate as necessary with customers.
• Update CRM projects and opportunities.
• Participate in local industry associations and trade shows, as directed by the Sales team.
• Support the lead management process for the sales team.
• Process equipment orders as needed.
• Assist the Inside Sales Manager with vendor registrations.
• Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements.
• Assist the team with any specific business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience accepted).
• Ability to utilize virtual presentation technology.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional listening skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work well across functions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $51,500.00 - $77,300.00, depending on experience. This position may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus plan.
