About the Role

Inside Sales Representatives should have a strong desire to be trained and mentored towards a career in leadership or enterprise sales. Responsibilities

  • Quickly engage prospects on the phone, identify their needs and requirements on a variety of core solutions, price and sell these solutions.
  • Create valued business partnerships with customers and convey a firm understanding of customers’ business.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around Access services and solutions.
  • Create a plan to follow up and qualify inbound leads from events and campaigns conducted by marketing and Sales Development.
  • Develop a sales pipeline to support and exceed annual quotas; manage a pipeline and forecast sales activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Deliver information on programs, promotions, and products via phone, email, Webex, etc., as appropriate to pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement.
  • Meet or exceed sales/revenue targets.
  • Follow Access’s sales methodology to maximize win rates, revenues, and profitability.
  • Assist in the development of winning proposals/sales propositions.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques ensuring customers recognize and agree our solutions meet and exceed their needs.
  • Use sales force automation tools to develop and update ROI/funnel reporting and dashboards for management and sales visibility.
  • Specialize your skills in particular solution portfolios to handle larger client engagements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in inside sales and lead generation.
  • 1 year of experience in driving demand and lead generation.
  • 1 year of experience using Sales Automation tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
