Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at A-1 Pest Control. In this role, you will listen to the needs of consumers and match them with our service plans. You will also use a route management system to schedule appointments for customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals from prospective customers needing pest control services
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and offer service plans
• Understand and explain pest control services, treatment processes, pricing, and contract terms clearly
• Qualify leads based on specific pest issues, location, and urgency, and schedule appointments for territory managers
• Provide post-sale support and follow-up to increase retention and upsell additional services
• Use strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
• Must provide employment references and pass background checks and drug screening

Schedule

This is an onsite position Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Pay

Compensation is $18-$22 per hour plus sales commission.
