Compensation & Benefits

• Typical Annual Earnings: $60,000 – $80,000+
• Compensation includes: Hourly base pay, per-job / square-foot production pay, performance-based incentives & bonuses

Schedule

Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible depending on project schedule)

Experience & Qualifications

• Preferred: 1–2 years of tint installation experience
• Flat glass experience is a plus
• Also Encouraged to Apply: Automotive tint installers looking to transition into flat glass
• Motivated individuals with strong work ethic willing to learn
