Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from customers
• Consult customers over the phone on their home accessibility needs
• MATCH the correct products and benefits with the goal to convert leads into customers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
• An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
