Inside Sales Rep - HVAC

About the role

This Inside Sales Representative position at Lennox focuses on selling products, services, and supplies to selected customers within a designated market area or accounts through inbound or outbound telephone contacts. The role may involve account responsibility with set quotas and occasional field activity.

Responsibilities

• Sell products, services, and supplies to selected customers via telephone contacts.
• Generate leads for outside sales staff and collaborate with and support field sales.
• Proactively sell to installed-base in support of company promotion and upgrade campaigns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years related experience
• Strong relationship-building, listening, persuading, negotiating, and time management skills
• Knowledge of product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• Intermediate industry and product knowledge
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software proficiency

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Pay

The starting salary range for this role and market is between $57,000 and $75,000 annually. Overtime pay is applicable based on state law.

Schedule

The role is located at Lennox's Phoenix RDO location, Monday through Friday.
