Inside Sales Rep

About the role

Service Partners is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Customer Service, Credit, and Delivery teams to support the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, delivering world-class service
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrate strong customer service, analytics, and problem-solving skills
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills
• Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and remaining in a stationary position for long periods
• Regularly input/retrieve words or data into or from an automated/computer system

Pay

Compensation range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
