Key Responsibilities
- Reignite interest with past window and door prospects using phone, text, and email follow-ups.
- Flip “no” into “yes” through creativity, empathy, and persistence.
- Blow through your sales goals by consistently exceeding call, contact, and close-rate targets.
- Leverage CRM systems and technology to manage leads, maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates, track performance, and stay organized.
- Partner with installation teams to ensure smooth customer experience from sales to fulfillment.
- Maintain communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and to encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales to fine-tune messaging and promotions.
- Handle rejection with ease — every “no” just brings you closer to the next “yes.”
- Think on your feet to overcome objections and tailor offers that win customers back.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build trust and referrals.
Performance Metrics
- Rehash close rate (% of re-engaged leads converted).
- Daily/weekly follow-up volume and contact rate.
- Monthly revenue and quota attainment.
- CRM and pipeline accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, rehash, or telemarketing (home improvement, windows, or doors industry a plus).
- You love competition and outperforming goals.
- Creative problem-solver who can pivot quickly.
- Energized by closing deals and helping customers.
- Tech-comfortable — easily adopts CRMs, dialers, and digital communication tools.
- Persistent and fearless — “no” doesn’t discourage you, it motivates you.
- Positive, team-oriented, and accountable for your results.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
