What You'll Be Doing

• Answer phones, greet customers, and respond to email inquiries
• Prepare estimates and process customer orders accurately
• Keep jobs organized and moving through production
• Aid in producing graphics (printing, trimming, laminating)
• Help assemble signs and prep graphics for installation
• Support installers and production staff as needed
• Pack finished signs and graphics for pickup or install
• Perform quality checks to ensure work goes out right the first time

Who We're Looking For

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person
• Comfortable with basic math, measurements, and accuracy
• Likes hands-on work and isn't afraid to pitch in
• Takes pride in doing things correctly, not cutting corners
• Enjoys being part of a team that works hard and has each other's backs

Position Details

• Location: Pewaukee, WI and Pewaukee, WI
• Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office
• Environment: Office + production/shop + light install support

Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
