About the role
FASTSIGNS is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries. You'll guide customers from initial conversation to delivered sign, turning first-time buyers into long-term clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and consult with walk-in, phone, and internet prospects in a clean, professional retail center
- Develop and present product and solution recommendations using the FASTSIGNS sales process
- Build estimates and orders in our point-of-sale system; coordinate production, pickup, delivery, and installation
- Manage pre-order collections and basic AR follow-up on your accounts
- Support marketing activities (database outreach, mailings) and routine administrative tasks
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral customers
Requirements
- High-energy, outgoing, reliable, with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong listener and organizer; clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable learning new products, software, and a structured sales process
- Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Graphic design experience is a plus, not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
