Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
- Set appointments and build rapport over the phone
- Work with an in-house team and receive daily and weekly training
- Follow a proven track record to meet and exceed sales goals
Pay
- Base Pay: $21/hour ($43,680/year)
- Incentives: $800–$2,100+/month for top and medium performers
- Total Earning Potential: $69,000–$95,000+ annually (no cap)
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
