Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned OEM customers
- Cook up with manufacturers on order details, logistics, and delivery schedules
- Track orders and communicate status updates to customers and internal team
- Data entry into ERP and supplier systems
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all orders
- Aid with order coordination and internal communication
- Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel and ERP or other software preferred
- 2+ years of inside sales, coordination, or customer service experience, or a related degree
