Inside Sales OEM Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned OEM customers
  • Cook up with manufacturers on order details, logistics, and delivery schedules
  • Track orders and communicate status updates to customers and internal team
  • Data entry into ERP and supplier systems
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all orders
  • Aid with order coordination and internal communication
  • Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel and ERP or other software preferred
  • 2+ years of inside sales, coordination, or customer service experience, or a related degree
