Core Responsibilities
- Sales Process Ownership & Execution
- Receive and process marketing-generated leads and qualified opportunity handoffs from Business Development Managers.
- Conduct structured discovery to validate customer needs, identify decision-makers, and align requirements with appropriate solutions.
- Develop accurate, high-quality commercial proposals based on confirmed scope.
- Review proposals with customers to ensure technical and functional fit, pricing, and budget alignment.
- Issue formal written offers when criteria are met.
- Carefully coordinate and execute structured handoffs to Outside Sales.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or engineered solutions.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong discovery, presentation, and proposal development skills.
- High commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Comfort working directly with senior leadership.
- Strong CRM discipline and process orientation.
