Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Ownership & Execution
  • Receive and process marketing-generated leads and qualified opportunity handoffs from Business Development Managers.
  • Conduct structured discovery to validate customer needs, identify decision-makers, and align requirements with appropriate solutions.
  • Develop accurate, high-quality commercial proposals based on confirmed scope.
  • Review proposals with customers to ensure technical and functional fit, pricing, and budget alignment.
  • Issue formal written offers when criteria are met.
  • Carefully coordinate and execute structured handoffs to Outside Sales.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or engineered solutions.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and proposal development skills.
  • High commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working directly with senior leadership.
  • Strong CRM discipline and process orientation.
