Inside Sales Manager - Bluebeam
About The Role
The Bluebeam Inside Sales Manager, Americas is responsible for leading a sales team within the data-driven SaaS technology sector. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience selling software or SaaS applications, preferably in a SMB & Enterprise environment, along with three years of team lead or management experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow business in designated region
- Ensure 100% of annual quota is attained or exceeded
- Professionally develop team members
- Effectively negotiate value-based agreements with all customers
- Partners with other Bluebeam teams including Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Technical Support, and Legal/Security
- Engage with the team to build relationships with VP, C-level, and technical decision makers to identify new opportunities for Bluebeam
- Effectively negotiate value-based enterprise agreements built on business-level ROI
- Communicate with other departments to ensure all relevant information is communicated and escalated appropriately
- Engage with Bluebeam’s Product team and provide feedback on customer information and insights
- Work with Marketing, Enterprise and Channel Sales teams, and other key internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Experience managing teams across multiple offices is required
- Strong influencing skills and ability to deliver results in a global and matrixed organization
- Proven team leadership abilities including a creative and proactive approach to conflict resolution and problem-solving, mentoring, coaching, recognition and performance management
- Firm understanding of all other internal software applications that allow for enhanced territory management including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, Slack and etc.
- Ability to effectively present to all levels of a business including the C-Suite
- Achieve quarterly goals as determined by Leadership in conjunction with Onboarding Management
- Ensure compliance of your team with outlined processes
Qualifications
- Five or more years of related experience selling software or SaaS application
- Three or more years of team lead and/or management experience

Pay
Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam's Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Schedule
Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50%). Travel is primarily domestic with the majority being in assigned territory. Customer visits to locations including professional office buildings, construction site offices or active construction sites are required. Attendance at trade shows and industry events is also required.
