Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team to foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
- Manage daily sales operations, including quotes, orders, inventory, and customer issue resolution.
- Support key accounts and ensure positive customer experiences through responsive service.
- Identify process improvements, monitor workloads, and provide ongoing team training.
- Maintain industry, product, and customer knowledge to support team efforts and identify revenue opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience in industrial distribution, process control, or automation preferred.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
- Technical aptitude with understanding of industry applications and business systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick adaptability to new software.
