What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team through ongoing training, call coaching, and performance management
- Drive daily sales activity and accountability to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
- Provide strong, motivating leadership that helps reps maximize every conversation and improve conversion rates
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and call reviews to support individual development plans
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on team performance and KPIs to senior leadership
- Leverage CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce, to manage pipeline and performance
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven success in inside sales, with experience leading and/or managing a team
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (transactional sales experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and KPI management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
