Job Responsibilities

  • Oversight of team member performance to meet sales growth targets.
  • Coaching and guiding the inside sales staff to make proactive and informed decisions.
  • Researching new potential customers in key industries like industrial, architectural, education, and government.
  • Developing outbound sales calls and metrics for top accounts.
  • Creating and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including sales performance, opportunities, contact touch points, and campaigns/promotions.
  • Partnering with the sales management team to develop action plans for targeted areas of growth.
  • Preparing and following up on customer proposals, including pricing and commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintaining and negotiating contracts with customers.
  • Mastering company presentations and hosting monthly product webinars.
  • Presenting the company's products and applications through various mediums (phone, email, web, and face-to-face).
  • Focusing on improving processes related to customer experience, efficiency in ERP systems, quoting tools, communication, and sales-related activities.
  • Providing training on sales techniques and other relevant training.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, preferably with experience in sales leadership roles.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience and/or training in industrial products, applications, and solutions, particularly in project-based manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to multitask and handle concurrent selling situations.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prominent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Availability to travel at least 20% of the time.
