Responsibilities
- Sales Coaching: Provide expert sales coaching in a hybrid environment to ensure your high-performance sales team meets and exceeds all critical performance objectives.
- Analysis & Process Organization: Drive efficiencies in time management, account management, problem-solving, and dealer/customer interaction skills by analyzing and organizing a sales team of representatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Own the team’s recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of associate talent.
- Performance Optimization & Feedback: Offer impactful performance feedback through intentional employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action when necessary, while guiding employee success using a framework that encourages open contribution, feedback, and professional growth.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in Indirect Auto Finance
- 2+ years of experience in Credit Underwriting
- 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
Pay
Salaries for Inside Sales Manager Candidates hired to work in Plano, TX range from $138,100 to $157,700 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Other locations may have different pay ranges, subject to the pay range associated with that location.
Schedule
Available ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off. In office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period. Potential to work up to 2 Sundays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off.
