Inside Sales Manager
About the Role
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a business or technical support or production team. Sets priorities to ensure task completion and coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and the business plan, with guidance and oversight from management. Typically spends no more than 20% of time performing the work supervised.
Accountable for the results of a large and/or moderately complex support or production operations team, including subordinate work leaders. Applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent. Provides input on resource planning and policy development. Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations, and recommends pay actions.
Requirements
- Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

Pay
Annual hiring range: $92,000.00 - $152,350.02. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
Schedule
- Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
- Full-time.
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
