Inside Sales Expert

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Expert who is passionate about connecting with customers and turning leads into loyal fans. This role involves handling various communication channels and supporting both customers and field experts.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email, SMS, and website inquiries
• Break down and explain services clearly to help customers find the right fit
• Manage inbound and outbound communications
• Accurately enter data into our CRM system (PestRoutes)
• Identify and suggest ways to improve the customer journey
• Tackle other projects as they arise

Requirements

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Previous customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, etc.) is a plus
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
