About the role
Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking high potential and quality individuals to join the Inside Sales department. This team is dedicated to protecting and connecting customers' homes with smart home solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take in-bound, outbound, or cross-sales leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide world-class service to new customers.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored smart home solutions.
Requirements
- A high school degree or GED equivalent.
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory, we invest in our Sales Professionals with world-class training.
- Goal-driven, coachable with an open mind to learn and apply training to your role.
- Ability to work designated shift full-time in our Provo office.
- Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately.
- Ability to pass a background check and receive an Alarm License upon offer.
- Strong communication skills.
