About the role

As one of the largest independent leasing specialists in the world, CSI employees work to provide their customers with superior service and intelligent solutions. They serve as a resource for financial solutions, asset management, end-of-life data security, disposal, and more, on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted calls and personalized email campaigns to secure appointments for the direct sales force.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Management to research territories and build sophisticated target lists.
  • Utilize SalesLoft, LinkedIn, and modern sales tech to design and execute multi-touch sales sequences.
  • Maintain accurate data within Salesforce.com to track progress and identify trends.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to learn the complexities of the leasing and finance industry.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience making outgoing sales calls to prospects or a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business.
  • Prior experience working in a competitive, goal-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-motivated and highly organized approach to daily workflows.
  • The resilience to handle objections and the curiosity to learn from them.
