Inside Sales Engineer - Recent Graduate
Responsibilities
- Learn about our products, industry applications, and technical solutions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing basic technical guidance and recommendations.
- Prepare and manage quotes for mechanical equipment, ensuring timely delivery & follow-up.
- Support the sales team with quoting, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand product specifications.
- Utilize advanced ERP system to perform order entry, acknowledgement, status checking and expediting.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
- Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and providing solutions to their problems.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics or equivalent experience
- Eager to learn sales skills.
- Desire to learn more about industrial or manufacturing process equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
