Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

About the role

Weed Man Lawn Care is seeking talented full-time and part-time Lawn Care Sales Representatives to join our team. As a sales and marketing professional, you will follow up on pre-qualified leads and close sales—no cold calling required. This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth in a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on pre-qualified prospect leads
• Convert prospects into customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service

Requirements

• High School diploma (or GED)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Previous lawn care knowledge and customer service/sales experience is preferred

Schedule

30–40 hours per week (full-time and part-time positions available).
