Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to improve productivity by assisting customers, arranging and scheduling deliveries, and ensuring high-quality, up-to-date support for Sales Representatives and customers.
• Handle calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answer customer queries, inform them of delays, arrange delivery dates, and assist walk-in customers.
• Process orders by phone, email, or mail, ensuring correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Input orders, ensure they are processed according to customer requirements, and confirm all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Develop and maintain sales pipelines, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department as needed.
• Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and policies.

Requirements

• A college degree in business administration or a related field.
• One or more years of experience in sales.
• Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
• Computer literacy.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations is a plus.

Pay

Base salary plus a commission-based compensation structure, negotiable based on education and experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
