About the role
The Mission of This Role: The mission of the Inside Sales Account Executive is to consistently create new business opportunities by initiating outbound conversations, developing quality pipeline, and progressing relationships using a structured sales framework. This role is designed to build discipline, skill, and consistency before autonomy. It is a foundational sales role with a clear path to expanded responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outbound outreach to real estate agents and partners via phone, text, social media and email. Conduct first-time conversations professionally and confidently. Follow structured outreach cadences consistently.
- Pipeline Development: Qualify prospects using our internal prospect framework. Log and manage pipeline accurately in CRM. Move prospects forward intentionally—not passively.
- Execution & Accountability: Own daily activity standards and performance metrics. Prioritize high-impact outreach over low-resistance tasks. Maintain consistency regardless of short-term results.
- Coaching & Development: Participate actively in coaching, training, and feedback sessions. Apply coaching quickly and visibly. Ask questions and stay engaged, especially when results lag.
Schedule & Work Environment
Primary schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours. Periodic flexibility is required for early mornings. This role is primarily office-based with structured daily activity expectations.
