About the role

Renewal by Andersen is a high‑end window and door replacement company known for delivering a signature service experience. The Inside Sales Center Confirmation Agent helps maximize the conversion rate of incoming calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments, ensuring the calendar is filled with qualified appointments and that each appointment is confirmed within a set time frame. The role works closely with sales consultants, handling inbound and outbound communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team calendar, keeping it consistently filled with qualified appointments and monitoring same‑day appointments, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Complete all appointment confirmations daily within the established time frame.
• Provide prompt support to sales consultants by responding quickly to inquiries related to scheduled appointments.
• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries.
• Place outbound calls to potential clients and previous customers to generate additional leads.
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction accurately.
• Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in products and services.
• Schedule in‑home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales & marketing experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service & professional phone etiquette experience.
• Prior experience in home improvement or appointment setting is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable utilizing dual computer screens.
• Proficient with computers and able to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Full‑time with at least one weekend shift per week.
