Inside Sales Campaign Specialist - Fort Worth, TX
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Campaign Specialist (CS) supports prospecting efforts and manages customer relationships within a defined territory. This role focuses on educating current and prospective clients, driving adoption of Biologics' value-added services, and increasing referral volume. This is a hybrid role that requires being onsite two days per week in the Forth Worth, TX office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a designated territory to expand services, increase referrals, and grow market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate across internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess needs and present value-added services
Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and share best practices across teams
New Drug Launch Support: Participate in pre-launch training to understand new therapies and campaigns, identify target prescribers, and conduct outreach to drive adoption and referrals
Issue Resolution: Partner with operations to proactively address service concerns, escalate urgent issues, and ensure timely resolution, communicating outcomes to providers and implementing preventive solutions
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent, typically requiring 4+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
Critical Skills
4+ years in pharmacy operations, healthcare customer service, and/or medical sales
Ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams
Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare providers and stakeholders
Experience in consultative selling, preferably with clinician audiences
Excellent communication (write/verbal), organization, and time management skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Additional Skills
Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency and customer service
Experience within specialty pharmacy landscape
Familiarity with patient clinical, financial, and emotional needs
Account management experience preferred
