What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls while achieving established activity goals.
  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals using company templates.
  • Cook up and lead proposal and sample review meetings with customers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support customer success.
  • Maintain accurate account records and sales activity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of **2+ years of Inside Sales experience**
  • A minimum of **2+ years of B2B Account Management experience**
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Consultative selling and solution-based sales approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred

Competitive base compensation

Based on your B2B sales and account management experience, you will receive competitive base compensation.

Performance Incentives

In addition to your base salary, you'll participate in a highly rewarding incentive compensation program focused on growing and maintaining your assigned book of business. Performance-based bonus opportunities have been up to **20% of your annual base salary** for previous team members.
