Inside Sales
About the role
Join the Inside Sales team at J. J. Keller. As an Inside Sales representative, you'll be responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing new business. This role owns the entire sales process—from initial outreach and discovery through solution presentation, negotiation, and close—while building long-term customer relationships that drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound prospecting calls into new and existing B2B accounts
- Meet daily productivity goals including call attempts and talk-time metrics
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and provide product and solution overviews
- Close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Build customer relationships through consistent follow-up
- Build and manage pipeline activity in CRM
Qualifications
- 1+ year inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication + customer engagement skills
- High comfort with outbound calling and prospecting
- Ability to turn prospects into relationships through persistence and value
- High aptitude for learning new systems and technology
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay
$60,000–$70,000 estimated first-year earnings (hourly base + monthly incentives)
Schedule
Consistent Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST
Work remote (home office) or in-office (Neenah, WI)
