INSIDE SALES

Position Summary

To provide a wide variety of functions related to support for customers, outside sales, estimating, project management, and operations teams in a manner that allows effective execution of our sales process.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Review all customer requests, route for appropriate response.
• Assure these receive a timely response and are tracked to completion.
• Update and maintain CRM accordingly.
• Support outside sales efforts, directly and indirectly, through processing of customer inquiries & requests, quotes, orders, expedites, etc.
• Assist in the management of existing accounts (as assigned).
• Aid in marketing efforts (technical input, project examples, events).
• Attend various sales/product training to better support customers & outside sales efforts.
• Other tasks relating to distributed products and Inside Sales will be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent, plus 2 years of college, business school, or technical training.
• Clerical and administrative skills to be effective with Microsoft, ERP, CRM, and other tools required for business communications.
• Detail-oriented, strong planning/organizational skills, and able to track progress of customer requests, opportunities, and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and varied projects.
• Able to relate well to others and gain the respect of co-workers.
• Good communication skills.
• Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Able to work independently.
