About the Role
We are offering a full-time Inside Sales Associate & e-Commerce position for immediate fulfillment. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and responsible individuals who can communicate effectively with online customers and demonstrate a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage online selling marketplace stores
- Process purchase orders from online customers into sales orders
- Create detailed selling reports
- Communicate with existing online customers
- Provide product information to customer inquiries via phone and/or email
- Accept inbound sales and inquiry calls and emails
- Provide sales input and customer service to best fit customer requirements
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or return requests
Requirements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PC and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Automotive experience (recommended)
