Inside Sales Associate

A privately owned manufacturer is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their team! We're looking for someone who Location: Newburyport, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours Compensation: $23-25/hour What You'll Do Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements, pricing, product specifications, material requirements, and current lead times Review customer requests and purchase orders Work with customers and internal departments to manage order changes, cancellations, expedite requests, and delivery requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order entry, sales support, or a similar role Experience working with an ERP/MRP system Interested or have any questions?
