About the role
The Inside Sales Associate will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for Orchard. This role involves connecting with potential customers through phone, email, and text, generating new business through inbound and outbound sales calls, maintaining a personal database of leads, and working with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a sales role, customer service role or in the real estate industry (preferred, not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (good with follow up)
- A strong sales mindset and drive to deliver results
- Exceptional cross-functional teamwork and organization skills

Benefits
This is a Full Time, remote role (employee will need to be based within the Greater Phoenix area) that will report into the Inside Sales Manager. There are two schedules available for this role:
- Weekend Schedule: Days are Tuesday through Saturday. Times for Wednesday-Friday are 8:30-5:30 Local Time and Saturday and Sunday 9:00-6:00 pm Local Time.
- Evening Schedule: Days are Monday through Friday. Hours are 12-9 pm Local Time.
