Inside Sales Associate
About the role
The Inside Sales Associate plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls. This individual will be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard, pitching Orchard's various service offerings with the goal of scheduling time with them and a licensed real estate agent. The role involves maintaining a personal database of leads and sharing customer learnings to help better serve customers.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email and text
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls
- Maintain a personal database of leads to work and convert in the future
- Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a sales role, customer service role or in the real estate industry (preferred, not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (good with follow up)
- Strong sales mindset and drive to deliver results
- Exceptional cross-functional teamwork and organization skills
Qualifications
- Full Time, remote role (employee will need to be based within the Greater Denver area)
- Two schedules available: Weekend Schedule (Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30-5:30 Local Time, 9:00-6:00 pm Local Time) and Evening Schedule (Monday through Friday, 12-9 pm Local Time)
Benefits
Compensation includes a base plus uncapped commission with top performers earning $80k+. This is a Full Time, remote role.

Two schedules available: Weekend Schedule (Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30-5:30 Local Time, 9:00-6:00 pm Local Time) and Evening Schedule (Monday through Friday, 12-9 pm Local Time)
