Inside Sales Associate
Location: Braintree, MA | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM | Compensation: $26.00/hour plus commission

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by promoting our air-side products, including Mitsubishi Ductless, as well as HVAC residential and commercial parts and supplies. You will generate new business leads, build relationships with current customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Use computer database to research availability of merchandise and fill customer orders from stock or prepare transfers from other locations.
- Work with sales to take off and submit job quotes.
- Provide technical support to the sales organization, including monitoring shipping, delivery, and return status as required.
- Enter and follow orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time.
- Handle incoming customer requests for bids, product information, equipment specifications, and application selections.
- Provide post-sale follow-up and support as required.
- Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise.
- Other duties as assigned.
