What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to support for customers and Territory Managers, keeping sales and operations running smoothly. Customer & Sales Support Handle customer sales via phone, email, text, and walk-insAnswer incoming calls and route or assist customers appropriatelyEnter orders, quotes, and sales transactions accuratelyServe as the liaison between the branch and Territory ManagersSupport Territory Managers with quotes, order entry, and product sourcingInitiate and support new customer account setups Operations & Communication Capture and communicate customer-specific needs (delivery requirements, preferences, etc.)Support inventory by communicating product needs and demand trends to the Branch Manager and Replenishment teamCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flowAssist with multiple branch needs and jump in wherever help is needed What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of HVAC industry experienceProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Word, and ExcelStrong typing and data-entry skillsFamiliarity with ERP systems (Prophet 21 / P21 preferred)Excellent customer service and communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFlexible and willing to support multiple roles as needed Work Environment Office-based with regular warehouse interactionMonday to Friday schedule (daytime hours)Team-first, collaborative cultureBusiness casual environment Why Join Conklin? ✅ Join a branch where your work makes a real impact every day ✅ Stable, family-owned company with 150+ years of success ✅ Career growth opportunities in sales and operations ✅ Supportive leadership and strong team culture ✅ Competitive pay + benefits 📩 Ready to grow with us?
