Inside Sales Assistant

About the role

We're seeking an Inside Sales & Contract Coordinator to join our export grain team. The ideal candidate will support the sale and movement of containerized corn, soybeans, feed, and specialty products to global markets.

Responsibilities

• Write up contracts once a sale is made
• Cook directly with customers on shipping schedules
• Manage shipment interceptions as needed
• Hand off seamlessly to our logistics and documentation teams
• Work closely with multiple internal groups daily

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Additional education or experience in sales support, logistics, or agriculture is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with basic computer tools like MS Office
• Open to learning company-specific systems (CRM/ERP)
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• A collaborative, on-site working style
• Prior experience in inside sales, account management, or quoting is preferred but not required
