Job Responsibilities And Duties
- Order Processing Duties:
- Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with customers regarding order information, prices, shipping dates, delays, and issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with our production team for order fulfillment to complete orders.
- Workorder creation, Invoicing & Follow-ups Management including some customer specific requirements.
- Additional administrative support as needed.
- Shipment Duties:
- Shipment Documents Management including verifying shipping documents such as BOLs.
- As needed, arrange Trucks for pickup & deliveries; get quotations from our designated brokers.
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to type and use the computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to ___ pounds.
Working Conditions
- Noise Level: Normal in office, may be loud in warehouse.
- Indoors and Outdoor – walking between buildings, offices and warehouse.
