Inside Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist Inside Sales Representatives with daily sales activities
• Answer inbound calls and support customer inquiries
• Help prepare quotes and process customer orders
• Follow up on orders and assist with expediting as needed
• Communicate customer needs and issues to the sales team
• Work with vendors to locate products and pricing
• Support outside sales representatives
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems

Qualifications

• Entry-level position: experience not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel; ERP experience a plus)
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Professional and team-focused attitude
