Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Showroom Sales area of the Center and be the first point of contact for walk in customers to create a great first impression
• Be responsible for all initial inbound calls and emails to the center and provide great customer service
• Convert leads to customers through closing sales in our business management software system quickly and efficiently
• Cross train and support other team members as needed to get a comprehensive knowledge of the sign business and our operations
