Job Duties

  • Create, validate, and process high-quality repair/testing proposals and order transactions to support revenue conversion, booking accuracy, and frontline execution.
  • Serve as a key commercial support and control point in the repair process, balancing speed, accuracy, and risk management in a high-volume environment.
  • Manage incoming tender and order requests through shared workflow channels, ensuring requests are assigned, tracked, and processed within service level expectations.
  • Show quality control across SAP, Salesforce.com, and KTOC to ensure data consistency, pricing integrity, and booking readiness.
  • Support timely customer response and field execution.
  • Support timely conversion of tender opportunities into booked orders, improve repair order throughput, and frontline responsiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in sales support, commercial ops, proposal generation, order management, customer ops, or a related business support role.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce.com, and KTOC.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair processes.

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $57,200 – $75,075. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
